Can I buy my tickets at a physical sale point?

Yes, it is possible to purchase your tickets at authorized sales points, Tiendas Sirena, Supermercados Pola and Ticket Express.

Can I buy my tickets on the day of the show?

Yes, a sale point will be identified near the venue. This will be subject to tickets availability.

The tickets have any additional cost or charge?

No, the published prices are the final values.

Is it possible to make a reservation of tickets?

Our system reserves the tickets for 30 minutes in the shopping cart, later they will be released and someone else can buy them.

What is the maximum number of tickets that I can buy?

At the moment 10 tickets is the maximum number that a customer can buy.

What are the payment methods available?

You can make your payments through: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express

What should I do if my digital tickets have not arrived?

Should I have my tickets printed on the show day?

Yes, it will depend on the option you like, you can print or present your Mobile Ticket from an electronic device.

Is it safe to share my digital tickets with someone?

No. We do not recommend 

 

How do refunds work in case of cancellation?

Instructions for event reimbursement processes are in our purchase policy.

Can I give away or transfer my tickets to a third party?

Yes, once you receive your purchase confirmation, you can share it by following the instructions on the Mobile Ticket

Can I get a copy of my ballots if I lose them?

Yes, before you must bring the following documents printed:

  1. Letter from the police reporting the loss of the tickets.

  2. Photocopy of your identification document.

  3. Bank account statement where the ticket transaction can be observed.

 

Once the staff validates the documents delivered, we proceed with the printing of the tickets.

If I cannot attend to the event, is it possible to have a refund?

No, it is not possible.

No, it is not possible, we do not carry out resale, but you can contact us to manage with other clients.
